Learn first aid before skiing!

1, Find a teacher if you’re a beginner.

In addition, although the snow is soft, ski areas are generally skiing from high to low which causes large impact force, in the event of an accident, the damage can be very serious. After the fall if the pain is severe, do not immediately get up and walk around, call for help or dial the emergency number.
